A tech entrepreneur named Varadarajan is involved in a fatal accident involving a couple and their infant. An ambulance driver, Rajendran, misreports the situation to protect Varadarajan, complicating matters.
We meet Anand (Atharvaa), a man battling alcoholism and emotional turmoil, and Divya (Nimisha), a woman diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, entering into a arranged marriage.
Soon after giving birth, Divya insists the newborn isn’t theirs. Initially dismissed due to her condition, Anand stands by her, setting off a deeply unsettling investigation. The duo uncovers a clandestine baby-swapping racket involving twin nurses, corrupt hospital staff, ambulance agents, and Varadarajan himself revealing a deeply rooted corruption linked to his past accident.
Anand, with help from a friend and a retiring police officer Chinnasamy, exposes the network. The child is rescued and returned, and the perpetrators face justice some through legal means, others through vengeance.
