Megastar Chiranjeevi continues to prove why he remains one of the most dedicated and hard-working stars in Indian cinema. At a time when many young heroes prefer taking long gaps between projects, Chiranjeevi is completing one film after another without slowing down.
After wrapping up the shooting of “Vishwambhara,” the veteran actor is now busy with his next project, “Mana Shankaravaraprasad Garu,” directed by Anil Ravipudi. Known for his fast-paced filmmaking and commercial flair, Anil Ravipudi is reportedly shooting the film at lightning speed, ensuring that fans won’t have to wait long for Chiranjeevi’s next big-screen appearance.
The shoot for “Shankaravaraprasad Garu” is nearing completion, and even before finishing it, Chiranjeevi has lined up multiple new projects. After this film, the Megastar will collaborate with director Bobby Kolli, followed by another film with Srikanth Odela. Among these, Bobby’s film will take off first and is tentatively titled “Mega158.”
“Mega158” marks Chiranjeevi’s 158th film and reunites him with Bobby after the massive success of “Waltair Veerayya.” Given their past success, expectations are sky-high. Bobby, who is a long-time admirer of Chiranjeevi, is said to be determined to deliver an even bigger blockbuster this time. According to sources, “Mega158” will officially begin with a pooja ceremony on November 5, and regular shooting will commence in January 2026.
Adding to the buzz, reports suggest that Malayalam actress Malavika Mohanan is being considered for the female lead role. The news has created quite a stir among fans on social media. While some are curious about how the pair will look together on screen, others feel it’s a golden opportunity for Malavika to work alongside a legend. Currently, the actress is busy filming “The Raja Saab” with Prabhas.
