09180900The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, reported this Friday (9) that the army freed and took control of more of 30 settlements in the Kharkiv region, and asked citizens to denounce crimes committed by Russian occupiers.
09180900“At this moment, the Ukraine’s navies liberated and took control of more than 30 settlements in the Kharkiv region. In part of the localities in the region, the actions of control and security of the territory continue, we are gradually taking control of new settlements”, said the Ukrainian president in his usual late-night speech.
09180900Zelensky further stated that National Police units are returning to liberated settlements in the Kharkiv region.
09180900“I ask the Ukrainians in the liberated territory: please give the representatives of our forces any information they know about the crimes of the occupiers,” he added. Finally, the Ukrainian president thanked the secret services “which once again proved to be very effective in expelling the enemy”. However, he stressed that “fierce battles” continue both in Donbas and in southern Ukraine.
