Star Trek: Picard season 3 plot
A desperate communication from a long-lost friend propels Starfleet legend Admiral Jean-Luc Picard into the most perilous mission of his life, pushing him to enlist allies from both the old and the new generations, according to the official synopsis for season 3. “His last expedition puts him in direct conflict with his past mistakes as well as shocking new information that will change the Federation’s path forever.

Stewart commented to Den of Geek about his character’s obviously altered perspective in season 3: “I’ve always believed that one of the things Picard valued most about his position [on the Enterprise] was how frequently the unexpected happened. And I believe that greatly aroused him.
“In Picard season 1, he realised quite early on that he was still reachable to individuals who needed assistance or some form of protection, which was what he was primarily motivated by during the seven years of Next Generation,” the author writes.
The canon introduction of the Enterprise-F spaceship, which has been a favourite of devoted fans since since it first appeared in the video game Star Trek Online, is one aspect of the season that has drawn notice. Matalas later told Trek Central: “I would advise fans [that the] season does not take place aboard the Enterprise-F. In an effort to keep expectation at a fair level. I will concede that it is significant, but the season’s main objective is not it.
Star Trek: Picard’s Crew of the USS Titan-A
Ensign The captain will be Sidney LaForge (Ashlei Sharpe Chestnut). She is the daughter of Geordi LaForge, therefore the surname is not a coincidence (LeVar Burton). She won’t be the only person in that category, though, as Picard will also include Alandra LaForge, who will be portrayed by Mica Burton, the actor’s real-life daughter.
According to the official description, Sidney “didn’t want to build ships, she wanted to fly them, unlike her sister, Alandra.” The next person on the list is Lt. Matthew Arliss Mura (Joseph Lee), a Bajoran who has spent the previous three years working on the new ship and is described as “exactly someone you want at that station when you hear “give ’em everything we have!”
Lt. T’Veen (Stephanie Czajkowski), the ship’s Vulcan scientific officer, is on the other side of the bridge. She is reportedly one of the most sought-after officers in Starfleet since “many Captains fought to have her on their bridge.” Titan prevailed. Ensign Kova Rin Esmar (Jin Maley)
The ship’s communications officer, is a member of the telepathic Haliian race, which was first seen in The Next Generation Season 6 episode “Aquiel,” in which the character’s name was a subordinate officer (also in communications) who was convicted of murder. They/Them pronouns are used to refer to the new character, who allegedly “graduated at the top of their class and speaks over 72 alien languages.”
Recap Of Star Trek: Picard Season 2
Jean-Luc Picard visits his old buddy and bartender Guinan 18 months after Zhaban, his partner, passed away to talk about his lifelong avoidance of romantic relationships. The USS Stargazer’s Captain Chris Rios and Dr. Agnes Jurati look into a request to speak with Captain Picard in outer space about joining the Federation.
They are joined by Seven of Nine, a vigilante driving Rios’s old ship La Sirena, as well as a fleet of starships under the command of Raffi Musiker, the former first officer of the USS Excelsior, which is piloted by Elnor and Picard. When Picard arrives, a Borg spacecraft that is transporting their Queen to the Stargazer emerges from the disturbance.
Q informs Picard that he and his friends are in a different reality where humanity has developed. Seven of Nine, who is the Confederation’s President and is married to the Magistrate, has given Picard, the greatest military leader in the Confederation, the honour of killing the final Borg Queen. The group reunites, and the Borg Queen reveals that the only way to travel to Los Angeles in 2024 and stop the Confederation from happening is with the Queen’s assistance. The communication and transporter systems at Confederation headquarters are taken over by Agnes, Raffi, and Elnor.
The party manages to take the Magistrate’s focus off of them for long enough for them to overpower and kill him and his officers. When the ship is attacked, the Queen uses the opportunity to gain access to the ship’s computers. The ship is launched around the sun in a loop that ends in 2024 after she destroys their pursuers.
The Watcher, who knows what Q modified to create the new timeline, may be found in Los Angeles, she informs Picard, and they must travel there. Rios is severely hurt when the ship crashes, his transporter malfunctions, and he wakes up in a clinic that covertly serves illegal immigrants.
Agnes’ relationship with the Queen enables Picard and Agnes to learn that the shift in the chronology they must stop in order to save the Confederation’s grim destiny will take place in three days, on April 15, 2024. A younger Guinan who does not recognise him and is preparing to leave Earth after losing faith in humanity is discovered by Picard when he transports to the location Agnes obtained from the Queen.
Rios has been detained by ICE and moved to a sanctuary neighbourhood close to the US border. Seven and Raffi are searching for him. Agnes assists them in tracking Rios’ bus and deceives the Queen into upgrading La Sirena’s transporter technology.
A discredited geneticist named Soong ultimately kills himself after failing to kill Renée, the Picard ancestor’s guard, and passes away in Picard’s arms as Renée heads off on the Europa expedition. As a result of his failure, Kore deletes his digital files, but he still has a physical file with the label “Project Khan,” which Soong discovers when he gets home.
While Rios decides to stay in the past with Teresa, Wesley Crusher recruits Kore to join the Travelers. Q and Picard talk about the goal of the trial: Q hopes that Picard has discovered how to let go of the past and welcome love. Picard, Seven, and Raffi are then transported back to the Stargazer in their own timeline, where Elnor is still alive, using Q’s last remaining power.

This Borg Queen is identified by Picard as Agnes, whose collective has found a new trans-warp conduit and agrees to watch over it as temporary members of the Federation. After meeting the older Guinan again and learning about Rios’ life in the twenty-first century, Picard goes back to his chateau and begs Laris for another chance at love.
