Russia seeks ceasefire between Azerbaijan and Armenia

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyam held a video meeting with Russian and French Presidents Vladimir Putin and Emmanuel Macron, asking for help in reaching an agreement and a “response from the international community”.
