“Russian Army General Dmitry Bulgakov was relieved of his duties as deputy Minister of Defense and is being replaced by Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev, who will be responsible for supplying the armed forces with material and technicians,” the Russian security ministry said on Saturday (10).
