A day after São Paulo bars and restaurants have stricter hours due to a state government quarantine tightening, a special edition of Restaurant Week, inspired by the holiday season, begins this Tuesday (1st).
Baptized São Paulo Restaurant Week Holiday Season, the festival runs until December 20 in more than 70 restaurants in São Paulo, in addition to São Bernardo do Campo and Santo André. It will also be possible to order menus via delivery via the Rappi application.
The participating houses are divided into two categories. The Plus has lunch for R $ 55 and dinner for R $ 68, while the premium offers lunch for R $ 68 and dinner for R $ 89 – the event also suggests a R $ 1 increase in value of the invoice for a Social share. The menus include a starter, a main course and a dessert.
Addresses with Antonietta Cucina, Bio d’Alex Atala, Canaille, Duas Terezas, Galeto di Paolo and Sassá Sushi are on the program of the event.
On Rua dos Pinheiros, Low BBQ puts on the American barbecue. She participates in the event at dinner, when she offers starters such as smoked croquettes in a palette with watercress mayonnaise. In the main scene, you can choose between smoked termites, mashed mashed potatoes with baroa, crunchy farofa and dressing or smoked pork loin with candied carrots. Finally, there is the milk pudding with a light citrus syrup or a green apple crumble.
Farfalla, in Jardim Paulista, presents dishes such as carpaccio or Caesar salad to start, pork cutlet in gorgonzola sauce with butter and sage taglione in the main lunch scene, with a Christmas cake with an ice cream for dessert.
