The New York Public Ministry sued this Wednesday (21) Donald Trump, in addition to his three adult children and the Trump Organization, a company of the Former President of the United States, for fraudulently obtaining loans, insurance benefits and paying taxes below the correct amounts.

“We found that Trump, his family and the Trump Organization used fraudulent and misleading asset valuations about

The allegations, which James took to the state Supreme Court, are the result of an extensive civil investigation that dragged on for three years, with a legal battle in which Trump tried to hinder and delay subpoenas for depositions or delivery of documents.
