With 40 years of history and 13 in Vila Prudente, east of São Paulo, Pizzeria Nestor seems to adopt the maxim that one is small, two is good.
This Thursday (12), the house debuts with a round cutout – among them, a pizza with a coxinha border, which mixes two São Paulo classics.
The menu offers conventional slices, of course. But it also includes starters and the stars of the house – pizzas with special edges.
These special edges combine other recipes with traditional pizza dough. An example is the Catupiry stuffed coupinha border. But there is also the edge of the stuffed rolls; that of volcano-shaped scrolls; the twisted, baptized snail; and, phew, the one that simulates the rings (also stuffed).
There are about 80 flavors of toppings, some sweet.
The service will be offered daily, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., for R $ 49.90, Monday to Thursday, and R $ 59.90, Friday to Sunday. Children up to 6 years old do not pay while children between 7 and 11 years old pay half the price. It is compulsory to use masks to move around the lounge, except during mealtimes.
