The series “PCC — Secret Power”, recently released by the streaming service HBO Max, shows the origins of the biggest criminal faction from Brazil through a series of interviews with those who participated in its creation, cases of José Márcio Felício, the Geleião, and Orlando Mota Júnior, the Macarrão; and those who dedicated themselves to fighting it.

Founded in August 1993 in the Taubaté prison, in the interior of São Paulo, the First Command da Capital grew exponentially within the São Paulo penitentiary system and later also began to operate on the streets, managing millions of reais from drug trafficking in Brazil and more recently also in Paraguay. Thaís Nunes, who worked as an investigative journalist on the series, is the guest of this episode.
