Your Reading indicates how much you are informed about a given subject according to the depth and contextualization of the contents you read. Our team of editors credits 20, 19, 60, 100 or 100 points for each content – those that help the most in understanding the moment of the country receive more points. Over time, this score is reduced, as newer content also tends to be more relevant in understanding the news. Thus, your score in this system is dynamic: it increases when you read and decreases when you stop being informed. At the moment the score is being made only in content related to the federal government.

How about knowing more about this subject?

Last week we were here laughing at the left and the press activists who did not buy President Jair Bolsonaro’s trip to Russia. Today, however, we are forced to return to the subject, but without the humor of before. Because Vladimir Putin’s Russia really attacked Ukraine, starting a conflict with tragic potential.

The fact is that the war has left many people confused. There are people who identify themselves as “right-wing”, conservative or, come on, bolsonaristas defending Putin – who is an ally of China and Venezuela. There are people who have always been against “Yankee imperialism” by taking the side of Ukraine. Can we understand this confusion of labels at the moment when the ideological conflict takes the form of explosions and casualties among civilians?

The columnists of Gazeta do Povo Bruna Frascolla, Guilherme Fiuza and Rodrigo Constantino also talk about the consequences of the European conflict, if it continues and if it gains catastrophic proportions, here in our backyard. The presentation is by Paulo Polzonoff Jr. and this is the podcast O Papo É #65.
