Hamburger with mashed potatoes, chicken heart and even wagyu meat – one of the most popular in the world. Here are a few examples from another edition of the Burger Fest, one of the biggest burger festivals in the world.
In the 15th edition, which begins this Sunday (15), the event will take place simultaneously in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Florianópolis, Porto Alegre and Curitiba, in person or by delivery, until December 15.
In São Paulo, 110 addresses participate, such as Meats, Z Deli, Frank & Charles, Lanchonete da Cidade, Fat Cow and Matilda Lanches, among others.

The place prepares meats on the barbecue. For Burger Fest, he created a sandwich that combines a 180-gram disc of beef with cheddar cheese, caramelized bacon in the house’s barbecue sauce, mashed green apples, and watercress served on brioche bread (38 R $). Named Feline Burger (R $ 33.90), the house recipe is for cheddar and bacon lovers. In addition to beef, serve with red cheddar (cheddar with bacon pieces; slightly peppery), crispy bacon, barbecue caramelized onion and Dijon mustard on brioche bread.

The main attraction of the address is wagyu meat.
