380Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was sued in state court for sending Venezuelan immigrants from Texas to an island in Massachusetts, where it is already facing a lawsuit for the same reason.380
The Southern Poverty Law Center and immigrant advocacy organizations such as the Florida Immigration Coalition reported that a lawsuit was filed in federal courts in Miami on Thursday (1) against Florida Governor and Transportation Secretary Jared W. Perdue.380
