Demon OTT Release Date
Demon is all set to premiere on 24 November 2023 on Aha Tamil
However, the true measure of a good horror movie is whether or not it can keep the viewer interested throughout the entire film. Unfortunately, Demon does not live up to expectations in this area. It jumps around from scene to scene without making a natural transition between them. As a direct consequence of this, the story progresses at an agonizingly slow pace, which puts our patience to the ultimate test.
When we look at the film’s title, it’s not hard to figure out what kind of movie it is, and the director doesn’t seem to be making an effort to throw us any surprises, either. There are certain conventions that are inherent to the horror genres, such as individuals dressed in white dresses, startling moments, and creepy music.

What’s the story of Demon
The character of Vignesh Shivan, also known as Sachin, is presented to us as an aspiring director with the goal of creating a terrifying horror movie. He even finds a producer for his first picture and moves to a new apartment in the midst of the city, where he plans to work in peace. This is the beginning of his career as a filmmaker. In addition to this, he finds love with a girl named Abarnathi and ultimately decides to wed her after obtaining the consent of both of their families.
The first sign of trouble appears when Vignesh begins to have strange nightmares every night. This not only prevents him from sleeping but also instills terror in him about remaining in the same area as the deceased. Is he suffering from a psychological condition, or is there a more sinister secret that has been hidden within the apartment for a number of years?
Cast & Crew of The Demon
In addition to Sachin and Abarnathi, the cast of Demon also includes Ashwin of Kumki fame, Raveena Daha, Shruthi Periyasamy, Mippusamy, Prabhakaran, Abhishek, Tharani, Navya Suji, and Saleema. Demon’s technical crew included Ronnie Raphael, of Marakkar fame, who composed the film’s music, and RS Ananda Kumar, who was in charge of cinematography. The movie will be presented by Vasanthabalan, who had recently had his most recent directorial effort, Aneethi, released in theaters.
Sachin’s performance is without a doubt a standout feature of the film Demon. He stands head and shoulders above the rest of the actors, who all offer performances that are below average.
Even though Demon has moments of redemption, the movie is sadly tainted by subpar scripting. For Sachin’s character, there is a really troublesome love track. Ghosts don’t always follow humans, thus the hero can’t follow the heroine on his bike for however long it takes to win her over.

The gang of Vicky’s buddies doesn’t seem natural, and neither do their acting nor the way they deliver the dialogue. The first half’s breathing room is forfeited in favor of an overly complicated second half and mediocre attempts to increase the scary components. Not only can things get confusing, but they also become overwhelming.
