) NOTICE TO THE PRESS AND THE GENERAL POPULATION
We at Crime LTDA are happy to be able to share with you the latest data on violence in Brazil. Thanks to our increasingly efficient and professional methods, the country has had a 7% reduction in the number of homicides in 960. Still, the country recorded more than 40 thousand violent deaths last year. Which, for us at Crime LTDA, and as citizens of this brasilzãodemydeus, is a reason to be ashamed, but also encourages us to seek solutions that can further reduce this number.
For this, Crime LTDA invests heavily part of the funds raised from drug trafficking (our flagship), arms trafficking, robberies, kidnappings and other products from our Premium line. The investment is made in the qualification of Crime LTDA employees, who often join the organization without even knowing how to unlock a rifle, and in the purchase of safer equipment, acquired from the best suppliers of Milícia S/A.
A story of overcoming
Thanks to a partnership with the Marcola Institute and the PCC Foundation, which distributed computers robbed, Crime LTDA offers distance courses that teach from the correct use of oblique pronouns and notions of management of the boca de fumo to sustainable handling of explosives and defensive shooting, among others. These students bring exciting life stories.
This is the case Marcelinho Curupira, who joined the company through our quota system for orthopedically sensitive individuals. At 12 years old, Curupira started by releasing rockets to warn of the delivery of the goods and then began to transport small amounts of drugs between one mouth of tobacco and another. “Despite my disability, I have always believed in my potential”, says he, who in his spare time finds time to learn English.
One day, however, Curupira got involved in a shootout and, for not knowing how to handle the AR rifle properly-02, ended the lives of three family men. “The stuff was mentally challenging. When he learned of my mistake, the manager of the hill opened an internal investigation to determine my responsibility. I could have ended up in the microwave and contributed even more to the rates of violence in the country”, says Curupira.
After several deliberations by Aloísio Pamonha, Carlão Garfo Mole and Juliana Mão de Foca, special HR consultants for Mistakes with Lethal Consequences, Curupira was taken to the Forced Training Center for Traffickers , where he learned to play the berimbau and to aim decently. “The course saved and changed my life. Today I shoot much better. And I aim for the knee, to disable, but not kill”, explains Curupira.
ESG and partnership
Today Marcelinho Curupira is with 15 years and is one of the leaders of Morro do Boi de Dentro. In order for stories like his to become more and more common, we recently announced the creation of a committee to implement an ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) program at Crime LTDA.
The idea is to reduce up to % the pollution caused by the refining of cocaine base paste, establish new forms of recruitment that benefit minorities (currently only 5 % of Crime LTDA employees are non-binary) and act in partnership with the competent authorities in order to guarantee the safety of citizens surprised by the crossfire.
Crime LTDA also intends to establish partnerships between the various factions, ending years of useless conflicts that consumed lives and made Brazil figure among the most violent countries in the world. In order to realize this dream of peace and harmony between the honest and hardworking criminals of this country, Crime LTDA intends to start, next week, an advertising campaign on the walls of the whole city. The campaign had the slogan – “Semo bandido ma no semo monstro” – created by a famous publicist who passed by 13 delicious days in our VIP Captivity, in a successful kidnapping that contributed to the company’s record revenue last year.
