The bar and restaurant sector has been deeply shaken by the pandemic – a survey released four months ago by the Brazilian Association of Bars and Restaurants (ABRASEL-SP) estimates that 12,000 of these establishments were closed between April and July of this year.
Even so, some houses decided to bet and opened up spaces. In them, they have to face the challenges typical of new businesses while ensuring the security measures recommended by the state government.
It’s worth remembering that anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable exploring new places can create a happy hour from the comfort of their own home – of the locations listed below, two offer delivery.

Bourbon Street Jazz Cafe
The new space for music and snacks serves specialties like Tipitinas, with sliced roast beef, seasoned with mustard, honey and capers, for R $ 60. The atmosphere is an attraction for those who want to enjoy a happy hour to the sound of jazz.

Ventana Bar & Cafe
Brazilian ingredients are the highlight of the menu and appear in reinterpretations such as the Moscow mule, with vodka, cupuaçu, Brazil nuts and acai moss (R $ 29). Another good option is the ceviche with white fish, brown sugar, cachaça, red onion, ginger, mint, cilantro and lemon (R $ 38).
